10. Visakhapatnam

the 3rd cleanest city of India according to the Indian Ministry of
Urban Development and 4th fastest growing city in the world. Surat
polishes over 90 percent of the world's rough diamonds. Surat has the
GDP of $40 billion. Till 2020, it is expected to be around $57 billion
as estimated by The City Mayors Foundation, an international think tank
